yea you have to open your mouth to breathe & you sound like your breathing hard, it sucks. Just take deep breaths @nhenson23

yea I heard after the baby drops that it does or like 4-6 wks before you deliver cause the baby drops so you have more space.. Yea we gotta deal with this hope you feel better

I definitely have a hard time breathing these couple of days have been chill but I know what u mean

yessss meee too !!! my doctors told me stay off layin on my bck and when you lay down ways lay to your left, you get more room to breathe.

@amiahmommy, laying on my left doesn't seem to work for me I mean I do get a tad bit of relief but it's still pretty bad

hmm try sleeping with fan on & thin blanket .. I can't fall asleep unless its cold or cool air blowing at me.. usually that extra cool air helps me breathe a lot better

The shortness of breath is a common pregnancy symptom. It scares me because I feel the same way before I faint so I get really panicky when it happens but it's because of the baby putting pressure on your diaphragm and who knows what else. My midwife told me to lift my arms above my head and it really helps me. Don't sleep in a stuffy room either, good luck

thank u ladies I am trying everything suggested I do noticed some relief in a cooler room seems like the heat is killing me ugh
