I am 32 weeks and my baby has barely moved today. I'm getting really worried I really hope he is Ok.

Lay on your left side, drink orange juice, soda or something with a lot of sugar in it.. Wait 10 mins and start doing a kick count, you should count atleast 10 movements within a 1 1/2 hour period, any less, call your dr right away!

tried that already. even after I ate I felt nothing and he moves majority of the day especially when I eat so Idk what's going on. I have an appt tomorrow should I call doc now or wait til my appointment? @kateferrera

No babe don't wait, Call your doctor now! If the cord is around the babies neck that could cause it, babies around 30 weeks on should be moving A LOT! And that could be the case, it could be nothing but then it's better to be safe rather than sorry!

Especially if it's really that noticeable to you that he hasn't moved much at all today, trust what your feeling, you know what's normal. I don't want anything bad to happen to you or the baby, don't chance it Mama, I know it's scary but you have to call your doctor, explain everything to them and they will probably tell you to do a kick count, and you have to tell them you already tried that and then they will probably want you to go to Labor and Delivery so they can do an ultrasound to make sure he's ok.

Thank you @kateferrera they told me to come in so I'm in labor and delivery now. found heartbeat Thank God. they keeping me on monitor for a little bit to make sure everything is Ok and the doctor gonna come in and do an ultrasound

Ikr I never been so excited to his hear his heartbeat Lol he in there moving around now he kicking the monitor...I don't feel it tho but I can definitely hear him moving in there. Thank you for thinking about me hun 😄@kateferrera

You're welcome! I'm glad I could be of some help! I would of freaked out and want the same if that was me! We all need to stick together :) sometimes they move and we can't feel it on the inside but can on the outside. If I feel like I don't feel my peanut move, I'll lay flat on my back and start poking my belly everywhere to annoy him so he kicks and then I feel better! Haha.
