Currently up WIDE AWAKE with the devil HEARTBURN again, I've had it everyday and night since week…

don't drink milk. my midwife told me heartburn is acid obviously and milk contains acid too and builds it up. don't drink milk when you got a heartburn. see your doc and ask for omeprazole 20mg, you can take them with gaviscon and helps wonders. sprite/7up helps too get you burping away. x

Oh Jesus your kidding! Haha I didnt even know, no wonder it soothes it but then it always comes back 🙈 I can't have any fizzy as straight away the heartburn is 10000 times worse 😥 thanks for the milk advice though il steer well clear!bxx

yeah don't have fizzy now. drink plenty of water now and maybe chewing gum or something minty helps too. when I used to have milk before midwife mentioned it to me I used to be sick then felt better. but I'd rather not drink milk when I've got a heartburn and be sick. its awful. try crawling too for a bit to move baby, might settle the heartburn a bit too xx

Ah thank you! I've tried eveything to move baby but he's engaged and literally waiting to come now so he's not moving anywhere bless him! Lol, I don't mind the heartburn as much as it seems, I'm kinda used to it now, had it since week 14, not long and hel be here and I won't have the heartburn anymore! Just lots of cuddles, love and nappies 😍😂 I can't wait for every part! Xxx
