If they have a 24 hr line u can call them, they will tell you what to monitor for.

if you didn't fall or don't feel any pain you should be fine the more you over think it and stress about it the more paranoid it makes you. But if you feel like you need to check with your Dr and it makes you feel better then go for it

@babyethansmommy, I didn't fall all the way down I caught myself. My back hurts but it's more achy then anything. I don't think I hurt anything but being pregnant and majorly hormonal it freaked me out.

There is so much fat and fluid surrounding the baby that at that early in the pregnancy it would be hard to inflict harm on the baby.
