I would just take it easy and do things slowly. Don't cook a 30lb turkey Lol. If your nervous I would ask your doctor and say what is to much?
Ohhhhh gotcha now! I was a little confused but I guess it depends on how into the cooking you are gonna get. With a prior loss tho I say better safe than sorry and ask for some extra help around the kitchen and otherwise. Maybe do meal prep sitting at the table. I was on bed rest in the first trimester bc of a hematoma which was causing bleeding but I was crawling out of my skin so I would sit and do things as much as I could.
@christineann no he didn't put me on bed rest but he said to take it easy ,that's why I was asking was cooking too much not taking it easy
you could cook food. you just not supposed to lift anything heavy.. try not to stress. drink plenty of water. take it easy and get lots of rest
Y'all don't understand I'm asking how often can you cook ??? it's not my fault I'm hearing different stories about it,so I'm asking what's the real story. They say the bending ,lifting heavy pots&&pans; &&the; heat from cooking etc ...so much is not healthy . Keep in mind I'm ONLY 5WEEKS and high risk ijs
Oh I see your comment. So sorry to hear of the previous loss. I haven't heard anything about cooking. Does your dr have you on bed rest?
I was told you aren't supposed to do many things during the first trimester because you very vulnerable to miscarriage &&I just had a miscarriage on Mothers Day so I'm not trying to overdue ANYTHING
@firefly LOL!!! okay I will do that ,thank you
