Connor Matthew (: born November 13th 2014 @ 10:27pm. Weighing in at 6lbs 5oz & 20in long. I was in labor for a total of 12 1/2 hours. 2 of those hours were straight pushing... As soon as I started pushing my epidural stopped working so I felt every single tiny bit of pain and boy I tell ya, I was screaming at the nurses.. crying.. cussing.. for 2 hours but then my baby boy finally came out & it was the very best moment of my entire life. I love being a mommy!! I am extremely exhausted and really want to sleep but the nurses keep walking us both us every hour for evaluation. :( I am holding him on my chest right now doing skin to skin contact, again, best thing ever!! (: he breastfeeds very very well. He latched the very first time I tried and drank for a full 15 minutes before he fell asleep. lol he stops crying when I hold his hands or hold him.. He is definitely a momma's boy(: all the nurses keep complementing me about how cute my son is. (: I cannot believe I have a child.. This is absolutely amazing!
