Omg being 39 weeks & taking care of a sick 3 month old baby with a diaper rash is the worst mix, so overwhelmed! My niece has never been this cranky, I feel so bad for her 😖

put cold cloth on her parts and don't wipe her wash her with the bb soap and water every time she gets wet or poop and put rash cream I make a really good mix of rash creams 4 when they r like that but do what I'm telling you and I'll get better
