He has been apologicated about it and he is stressing out cause this chick called CPS on his coworker and he is about to lose his kids so I'm sure she will do the same to me when she finds out I've had him.

Maybe file a harassment report now, to have on file for if she does try to pull any crap. Save everything she's threatening you with (that's in text or message).

Yeah I'm looking into filing a harrasment report but she calls me from block numbers and tells me all this shit so I have no proof really. @christineann

id get the police involved. tell them you're scared for you and your family's safety.

the cops will just tell me to go to the courthouse and file for a injunction and with no proof of her coming near me or no.proof of what she says I won't get it. I have been through the process before with a boy that was stalking me

I would try the route of calling cps on her then. if you could find a way to show them that she is irresponsible like you said she is out alot then that could work. and they can't do anything if she calls on you. you are responsible and doing what you're supposed to.

the only thing she has on me is that I smoked pot before I found out i was pregnant I quit though since I've been pregnant and that my finacee still smokes but he isn't pregnant he has a good job and work 12 hours a day and we are doing good so I mean I support he's desicion to smoke. @mdomke22

they don't even take bbys that are born to mom's who have weed in their system still.... well not usually. I wouldn't even worry about her. don't answer the blocked calls just don't give her the time of day. I hope things get better :/

don't answer block or unknown calls send them straight to voice mail and if she lives a voice mail Ull have evidence if she doesn't just answer with a recording machine put her on speaker and record her but always try to make her say her name so she can't say is not her always ask her who is it in till she says her name and Ull have 1 proved the other thing is if u go 2 couture and tell them she calls u private they'll have ur phone company make a statement for them with reaviling the number make sure u keep her calls saved and get a statement with the private calls and highlight them

that way Ull have 2 proved and is she pass by ur house take a pic with a camera that puts the day an hour on the pictures sooooo there u have 3 proof

or video tape her
