ladies here's a little piece of advice..After you give birth vaginally there are 2 things that will be your best friends and they are ice packs and this stuff called witch hazel....omg they a life saver!

Yeah they have some kinda super duper think long wide pad on me too put they got the witch hazel and ice pack in it too lol....I ain't figure out tricks for my c section area yet. @addysmama04

Yeah just hurts on my tummy when I get up to go potty or walk. my vagina isn't really as bad as my tummy
