Try opening all the shades and curtains and going out for a cup if decaf or a walk to the park or around the block! Change ur routine in a major way!!! I'll say a prayer for each of u boo 😘😘

i try stay out the house as much as possible so I don't think about it or get jus fresh air but sometimes it feels like I'm running away from these problems instead of facing them, it just constantly haunting me 😖😔 Sometimes I start to think I'm going crazy 😌 but thankkk you, prayer much needed @babyboolala

Hmm does Sunday hold some sort of bad memory? I guess what I'm trying to say is you should get to the root of the issue so that you can deal with the cause! But if you don't find out where its coming from you'll have as hard time fixing this. What do u think could help here? Just say the first thing that comes to mind! @amiahmommy

Somethings are hard to let go and accept.. i have hard time findin inner peace within.. I want the world for my daughter cuz I kno what its like to not have nothing & not having childhood so I want so much & doing this alone just tears me up inside.. I never imagined my bd not being here, and I'm sure if he could he would but its a lot to deal with. I don't regret her one bit but I wish I would've waited and been more careful. I'm jus full of pain, hurt, anger, depression, anxiety, fear... I'm jus going threw a lot & having everything bottled inside me for so many years I dnt know where to turn or what to do @babyboolala

Well let's start with the one who holds tomorrow! Ur life sounds very similar to mine! I found peace tho thru Christ. Now if it's odd to some let it be... because if I know n e thing I know God is true. And u have nothing to lose by just believing! Seems like you're going through the kind of pain I went through with my ex husband! I didn't realize how bad it was until I couldn't take anymore. But I decided to stop being depressed and sad and to live for something more important, my babies! Now this would have taken a lifetime had I not chosen to believe in something greater! I just simply learned that I couldn't do it by myself I was tired of being tired, so I decided to believe in something better! It all boils down to a decision! It doesn't have to be harder than that unless you don't want to fight it and beat it! The only reason I know you can do this is because I did it! Depression must die and you need help to kill it! @amiahmommy

yasssss this jus gave me lifeee !!! I'm tryin but its a process & nothin can be changed overnight but it gets hard.. I do so good & fall off track. I know I need to Let Gon& Let God but sometimes it's easier said than done... I've been fighting depression for 4-5 yrs now & the happiest I ever been was when I was in behavioral institute away from everyone, no phone, no internet, just people I could relate too, for the first time I haven't felt so alone and not judged. im working on trying to do better but these hormones don't help ;( @babyboolala

@amiahmommy Oh don't I know it! But u said urself there was a time when u felt free! U can have that freedom from the pain of depression wherever u are! And if u chose the permanent solution you get the forever results! #LifeWithGod U got this! And I'm here for u to use me whenever u need to!!! 😘😘
