Doctors office rant !
Okay so today at 1 I was supposed to have a growth scan to see how big my baby is because I have GD and I'm 38 weeks. I get there and start to sign in and was told I didn't have an appointment. Even though last week the lady called them right in front of me to make sure they had an open spot the same day as my regular check up. But she still told me it's next week instead. I finally leave there and go up a floor to where my regular check ups are and after waiting 45 minutes to see a doctor I end up with an intern, so after I see him I had to wait another 30 minutes for an attending doctor to see me. Who told me that I needed to schedule a growth scan. Uhm, hello! You guys cancelled the one I was supposed to have today without telling me and tried saying you didn't. I get home to check my appointment card to make sure I wasn't going crazy and maybe my appointment is next week, but no. It was supposed to be today. I am definitely not coming back here for future pregnancies!

I had a doctor appointment today and I’m a bit confused with what my doctor told me and what the papers say
You guys dont judge but i also need some feedbck...well im almost 15 weeks and just now about to have my 1st ob appointment and i had a ultrasound done via the hospital when i was 6 weeks what are the chances of me having another coming up with this on this appointment ?
So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation.
Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on .
I hope my fluids stay consistent.
i think i have postpartum depression and im wondering if i have to call the doctor i was seeing while i was pregnant or find a different one ? i already had my 6 week check up 2 weeks ago so im just wo derig what to do !
When did you ladies start getting checked to see if your dilating? I am 36 weeks 4 days and not once have any of my doctors checked to see if I am or not.. Only been checked to see if my son is head down, and he is.. Last week I went and the doctor said that she didn't wanna check to see if I was dilating cause she didn't wanna "mess with my cervix" 😕 or "get things started" those were her words... FTM
