is it weird my doctor hasn't given me a glucose test or checked my cervix at all and I'm currently 29wks pregnant. I went to labor and delivery tonight due to some sharp pains in my lady area and butt, they asked me questions if I have GD & I told them I haven't been tested yet & she was so shocked, told me I needed to get on to him about that asap because I could he in serious danger. any other moms experience this? I'm too far along to switch doctor's now so what do I do?

you need to constantly ask them they should've done it already I moved Dr's but around 20 weeks I'm now 30 and love this new place their on top of everything and I feel more at ease u should move if their not giving u the best care

You should have the glucose test done soon, I had mine at 28 weeks. I've heard that some people weren't tested until 30 weeks though. as far as being checked, most doctors don't start until 36/37 weeks. I was checked last appt at 36 weeks for the first time, so you've still got awhile :)

I agree with @countdown2klea I think I had mine at 29 weeks and I had the option to get check at 36 weeks but decided to wait till 37 weeks
