it's spice u have to putt a lot of ginger and drink it boil hot 3 times a day and no adding sugar u could add only 3 drops of Honey it work wit my firs two children

I did 2 tablespoons of castor oil then mixed it with 11 oz of oj I did it once then after 2 hours I did it again an had sex an I started getting really bad contractions halfway through having sex. I took a warm shower after an was still getting them. good luck I know how you feel @amiahmommy
