How many of you mommies are doing some kind of exercise while pregnant?! What kind are you doing. Should I be exercising, walking or something. All I want is SLEEP.

I walked 2 miles a day during my second trimester because I had the energy. I tapered off about 3 weeks into my 3rd trimester and focused on prenatal yoga and deep breathing exercises. If you feel up to it try walking or yoga. It's relaxing after a while :)

I have been doing pregnancy yoga and it is great :) it helps me relax too which is a total bonus!
