i dont think that people realize that if you use hard core addictive drugs while pregnant your baby is born and addict.... Marijuana isnt addictive... but anything else you baby will be addicted to and will make being a mom to that child horrible because it will be strung out craving what ever drug used...

ugh I agree pisses me off & I know some girls that their babies have autism because they used meth while pregnant

i believe that if you knowingly drink or use any drugs while pregnant that you dont deserve the prescious life you carry. my neighbors sweet grand daughters mother used meth while pregnant with her and she was born 6 weeks early and is truely lucky to have made it. she is now a very lucky and healthy 10 year old. the poor girl had quite a struggle to catch up, and to get healthy. it makes me sick to think that people would do that to their poor babies.

I'm not against weed at all. I'm just really against meth. My cousins baby was born with half a brain because she smoked method and drank

@kaity0117, I really like and appreciate what you said. Although I do agree half and half in this subject. A lot of addicts are slaves to the addiction but half other find out and some may hope the drug is a natural way of abortion but doesn't tend to lead that way for them. Though it is very wrong to do those types if hard core drugs while pregnant. As I am a victim of being an addict and got clean four years before pregnancy. I never really drank I gave up cigarettes when I found out I do some occasion pot here and there though for it helps me feed me and my child and will not continue when the sickness stops.

Inmy opinion people with addiction problems should told or given the option of either give up your child or seek help. Addiction is a sickness... I, like you girls, drank and smoked before I found out and felt guilty and stopped immediately! However some people struggle more with it. So be proud of your good choices but remember that some people are slaves to their substances.

i agree 100%!!!! I drank too.. 😭 I didn't know I was pregnant, I was probably about 2 weeks along. proud to say it was only a 40oz of beer.. not like shots or something.. I quit smoking cigs the same week I found out ( I was lucky, they made me throw up at the smell of them ) & I quit smoking pot too.. Although in studies done marijauna had no effects on baby's in utero.. I still quit. my real dad's wife smoked crack pregnant with both of my youngest sisters ( I do not have contact with them.. I would take my little sisters out of their custody)

I can't even imagine doing something like that while pregnant, I drank and smokes cigarettes and some pot before I found out and felt so bad about it
