how do u deal with migrane headaches? I've was given Tylenol 3 but it doesn't help. anyone drink coffee to relieve the tension? I was told that it helps.

Tylenol 3 has codeine in it which is not safe for the baby..you're supposed to drink a lot of water & rest until it goes away

@tattedmommyyyy, I don't take the Tylenol 3. the dr prescribed it to me for the headaches I tried it once when I had a severe migraine but it didn't help so I just stuck to regular Tylenol.

I get migraines that make u want to rip your head off.... resting n water is no help. I can't even eat when I have them.

Oh lord I have been getting them...I had been taking regular Tylenol but when I went to the doctor yesterday he prescribed me something stronger. My son's godmother said Caffeine and dim lights should help so I was going to try that.
