I'm right behind you people are shocked when i say my due date. I look like I'm about to pop - even DH keeps saying it's getting bigger by the day :-/ I'm 26 weeks

@lauraj, My doctor is so worried that he might come early & I've got to have a c section since I have a pelvic kidney & me going into early labor could kill me so he's scheduled an ultrasound for the 10th of November to see if I need to have him in December instead of January. it worries me a lot not just for my sake but for my son's & my boyfriends.

I hope you don't get much bigger through the pregnancy (which I know is impossible) has your doctor said anything about your belly size? Do you have another ultrasound scheduled any time soon to see how big your baby is?

@iloveyou, no they have already shortened the time between my doc visits... I have a high risk doc too because I'm 30? Still doubting how necessary that is... But they haven't said anything other LO has unusually long legs. I have a short torso so baby girl is all stuck out front... Sounds like your doc is on top of the situation though. Will you be at 38 weeks in December? I've heard that 36 is also very safe for early delivery. I had a friend who delivered at 30 weeks healthy but small :)

@lauraj, my due date is January 21st so I would be 38wks until January 7th. so if I have him December I'll be either a month or a month and a half early which scares the crap outta me! I'm glad he's on top of things though. makes me worry a little less knowing I have a good doctor to take care of me & my son. I know what you mean about the long legs though. my son's legs were measuring out to be a week & 3days ahead of the rest of his body & I'm only 5'1 lol. and they gave you a high risk doctor because you're 30? that seems to be a little over kill if it's solely based on your age. you should be considered high risk until 35 & over. that's when it becomes dangerous. you're still young!

Btdubbs when his legs were measuring out to be longer than his body that was 8wks ago at my 20wk scan lol so I have no idea how much longer they could be now.
