Every hour? I haven't ever monitored that many movements but if you go several hours without movement to try some orange juice & sit down to see if you get movement. But always call the dr if you are concerned. Hope everything is ok!

I was told and I've read that it was every hour. She only moves like 5 times a day..

its 5 times an hr or 10 time every 2 hrs talk to ur doctor

U have to check every hour omg .. to what I was told atleast 10 movements in 1 hour time each day & everything is good

try doing 5 movements in 30 minutes. you pick a time you usually feel the baby is most active. its easier than theh hour one. my son moves 5 times in 1 minute so I never have to sit there for 30 mins, you probably arent paying attention to the moving. how far along are you because that plays apart.

Maybe really cold water? or orange juice or put music or a light in ur stomach ...

My daughter moves all day so I'm not concerned on movements

I'm 29 weeks today and I'm not always moving because I have really bad sciatica pain. She usually moves earlier in the morning and late at night like at 9am and 11pm.

It's rare if she moves during the day.
