It'll give you alot more milk then you need.I did it & I got to much,so I would see the point. but it is a lot of relief.. have you tried a hot shower? & massaging them? it used to help me

I tried but all it does is make me milk like crazy @alegria10

A warm shower combined with a hand express/massage should work perfectly
