is it possible for you to feel your cervix dilating?

no not touching like having pains from dilating. I know you can feel it by sticking your finger there

so what u mean ? You can touch it and see if its dialated but idnt think u should till full term.

No you can't feel your self dilating it's just something that happens, if you stick your finger in there you can totally feel.
