My midwife actually referred me to get a back brace, cause I can't deal & then I see a chiropractor cause I was in an accident back in june. Has your midwife said anything to you about what you can do? @lovelylittleo
Well this is my second pregnancy and I have one of those belts that hold up your stomach so that it doesn't cause back pain but its so uncomfortable to wear. My OB said they could prescribe me something but I already take Tylenol every now and then for my migraines I don't want to take anymore. They said if it only bothers me for a little and goes away then there's really nothing but when the pain does come gosh I feel like crying and falling to the ground its horrible. Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy cuz I just stop and stand there its horrible. @kenyaaluv
I can't remember the brand but its one of those ones that kinda look like a girdle but it goes under your belly so it holds it up and pushes the baby away from your bottom back bone. it actually really helps it just is so uncomfortable. I try to sleep with it but then I sweat with it on. I have a heating pad too but it caused me to have a rash so I don't use it well technically I can't @kenyaaluv
