I feel mine everyday. it depends on you... in the beginning I didn't feel all the time. but now I feel all the time all thru out the day. so if its been awhile then I'll try drinking something cold or poking my stomach... that usually wks. but yea I'd give it a day like they said.. idk if I'd do a day. lol I may panic and wait no more then 8 to 12 hrs. but that's because my baby always moves. always always. but if your baby isn't that way then it depends on you
but you said you haven't felt him for a day already. are you relaxed? make sure you're relaxed and if you're really worried you should go.. I would.. and have you been really paying attention,. I know if I've had a busy day it seem like my baby hasn't moved awhile but it's because I been runnung around all day but finally relaxed I'll feel it
My doctor said that it's too early to feel the baby everyday. I'm 22 weeks. She said that until like 28 ish weeks she doesn't expect me to feel the baby even close to everyday. More like if I notice once movement twice a week I'm doing good. She said it's too hard to tell, especially for first time moms right away. She said once I hit third trimester THEN she wants me to do kick counts and I should feel the baby everyday by then. That's a long ways off. So I wouldn't freak out just yet. I think I saw on your profile that your around 21 weeks or so. We're in the same boat. Feeling my baby at this point is just a bonus. Some women can't even feel their baby until 25/26 weeks. So I'm glad I've felt him so early.
I realize there are pregnant women who DO feel their baby daily and early. Remember each of our experiences is different. My good friend hasn't thrown up once, I've been throwing up every morning for 21 weeks now. We are all going to have things happen at different times.

I haven't threw up at all. I have only had morning sickness headaches. I thinks that's pretty much it. beside back pain and little cramps.
