My Labor story!
So I came to the hospital at 1:30 am on October 17th. Got sent to the room to see if I was going to stay. My contractions were strong & I had escalated to 4 cm after having my membrane swept on Wednesday. I wasn't sure if my water had broken but I thought it was jst part of the mucus plug but sure enough it was my water. So I had to b admitted but there was no rooms open 😑 & I couldn't get the epidural till a room was open so I finally got a room at 3am & got the epidural. I was dilated to 6cm for four hours then next 2 hours to 8cm then 2 hours later till 9 1/2 so they started getting everything ready. Started to push for 40 mins but no progress because I couldn't feel where I was suppose to push. Plus the epidural weared off only on my stomach & my baby was on the spot & I had pains on my back & on my neck & back shoulder. So it was so hard for me to push. We tried again an hour later for 3 hours of pushing & was hardly making progress different doctors kept coming in till the last one said it was better if I got a c section cuz of my progress. & I choose to cuz I didn't wanna make my baby suffer. I had a fever & my baby's heart beat was too high at some points. I started to cry cuz I felt like a total failure. Made everyone wait to see my baby & they were here from my hometown which was 1 hour & a half away & they were there Saturday morning made them wait till 1am to finally b able to see my baby. Cuz I went for the c section at 10:26pm had my baby boy at 10:59pm then went to the recovery room for a few hours till finally we got our room & everyone came to see my baby. Sorry long labor story. I'm jst happy I have my baby boy next to my he is jst so beautiful & calm. I love him so much! He's perfect. Went thru hell going thru bad contractions & bad pushing to getting cut up which was never in my plans. But for my baby boy I would do anything for him.

@firefly, thank u!..y contractions were hurting a lot so that's y I got it but in the end idk of they put too much epidural but I really was having trouble pushing cuz I was numb from the waste down so I think that also caused my c section. But everyone's different it did help me a lot wit my painful contractions.

@firefly, yea I jst went on how my contractions were gonna hurt so that's y I got it. But ull know the day of.

I'm sorry you had such a hard time though momma, but happy to see you went into labor:) my baby is a day older than yours and we both went before our due dates!😍

@cassiereyna14, thanks mama! I know 33 hours of labor was not fun but more then anything im jst happy I have my Bubby wit me now(: it's crazy how everything worked out for us lol exactly a day after u I was in labor & days before our due date lol we're blessed
