Totally just took a hour long shower, complete with shaving my legs! lol & I have a TON of little…

oh dang. i get back pain when i try to shave too. i usually end up looking like i went through a shredder and miss a ton. but hey, i get at least a little shaved. my secret to curing a hurt back (i have a poorly healed back injury and have dealt with back pain for years) a hot pack, and pillows. like a huge nest of pillows.

@kaylhunt2, I learned the pillow trick too!! lol it helps!! I might have to end up resorting to Tylenol & benadryl tonight though. :( I hate taking meds though I feel like it will hurt my baby.. but doctor says it's ok... so I will trust them..

Any earlier on I wouldn't take anything... but being that I will be 36 weeks on Sunday... I can't really talk myself out of the pain now.. lol

ive had to resort to pain meds a few times. once for a head ache, the next day i was in the er for it, and they gave me more meds. then one other time because i had over done it and was aching so badly that i couldnt sleep.

@kaylhunt2, it's crazy to me how med happy hospitals are.. I went in for back pain and the nurse tried giving me so much stuff and told me to take more when I got home.. I have a really high pain tolerance... I can put up with quite a lot.. so I didn't take any meds. I got 2 infected wisdom teeth pulled at 27 weeks and only took over the counter Tylenol for pain. I was in so much pain but I didn't want my baby to be drugged up.. they prescribed me Tylenol 3 with codeine.. I'm just paranoid

I haven't shaved my legs since like beginning of September... My bf doesn't care (he claims to like my "fur") and I honestly believe he just says that cause I was in a lot of pain the last time I shaved from the leaning over, and thank god he was in the shower with me cause I blacked out. So I don't do it! My mom thinks it's nasty but I'd rather be hairy than have more back pain and possibly blackout and harm my baby or myself!

I ask my sisters to help me shave lol but I have noticed that since I've been pregnant my leg hairs don't grow much 😊
