I feel like a failure! I posted the other day about my craving for a cig and it's gotten worse the past couple days, and I broke down and asked my friend for one :-( I feel horrible! but my doctor told me bc I told her I broke down and smoked one this morning and she said as far along as I am and all that one shouldn't hurt them. and she said every thing on my ultrasound looked find and they were ok. so I'm praying that the one cig didn't affect my girls badly. and I've regretted it all day! :-(
