i tried twerking walking with my legs spaces out every dance to get her out for a hour straight excercise is all i can do should i give it an hour or two or what ladies help me
Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Only found out I was pregnant last night after I ended up in A&E thinking it was my kidney🙈 7 hours sat in A&E, didn't get home until 4 this morning just to find out I was pregnant! Couldn't of been any better news tbh. Doctors tomorrow👶🏼💙
