My baby hasn't moved as much like he usually does. I only felt him once. is that normal I'm a ftm

Oh okay I kinda got scared.

I am a ftm as well...some days my son moves more or less than other days. the other day he moved all day long and today not so much I guess he used all his energy the other day so today is calmer nothing to worry about tho. but I still worry so I'll poke my stomach til he moves or drink something really cold helps them move
