opp k mommies for the last hour I've had mild contractions they are less intense when I stand up but still there.. but my back hurt really bad when I sit down.. do u think this is normal.. am I just having contractions in my back?

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
When I lay down my contractions are 10 minutes apart but when I'm up and moving they come faster. I'm not understanding.
