up at 6:52 have to be at work at 9:45 leave out at 8:30 have to do a double so im working till 9:00 tonight, and I'm just wide awake. not to mention I'm 30 weeks!!! the things my son will allow me to do!!! #birthday Thursday

How much notice do I have to give my employer of my intention to go onto maternity leave? I'm really struggling at work and I'm thinking I'm going to have to go on at 30 wks instead of 36 wks. Don't think my hips are going to cope until 36 wks
