I showed up 5 minutes late to my appointment and was told I had to wait for everyone else to be done. It has been more then a half hour , and the receptionist has a horrible attitude. she also automatically assumed I was on Medical and asked to see a card thay I don't have , and when I tried explaining I didnt know what she was talking about and i didnt have free state insurance, she looked at me as if I was stupid I'm very upset with Kaiser right now. it has just been a bad morning. I am done with my little rant
