if you have insurance the doctor will prescribe you some but they are high though but you can buy you some its best to start taking them early

My doctor prescribed some even with insurance it's $50 a month I asked for the list of exactly what was in it and the amount and looked for an over the counter vitamin. I found one with basically the same thing the only thing that is lower is iron and I make sure I have added iron to my diet. The best one I have found is the cvs brand prenatals and you can usually get them bogo if you look for the sale. Hope it helps!
