Ok so I am a stay at home mom and I totally love it. Thankful I don't have to get up and go to work everyday. But we have two kids and now a third on the way. I put our girls to bed every night. with no help from my husband. So I made a comment about a little bit before the baby gets here he should start helping put our youngest to bed. she is 19 months. When the baby gets here she needs to know it's ok for daddy to put her to bed! well he just acted like it aggravated him that I said it!!! is that too much to ask!! I mean like I say I don't care to do alot of things but you can't lift your finger and to put her in the bed. She is not hard to get to bed. you lay her down and she goes to sleep. No rocking or wrestling involved. It's just I am going to be breastfeeding or I might be changing a diaper or trying to get the third to sleep. Like really! is it really that difficult!? Am I crazy or what!!??? ugh!

I can understand how you feel sometimes my husband upsets me because I don't understand why he can't help me more. Lately he has been better since I've made a point to just tell him to do it and ignore his attitude. He no longer seems annoyed or I just stopped caring, I don't know. I am a stay at home too to a one year old and I get terribly sick during the first trimester so I need help with our little one especially when I'm throwing up. Just ask him to do it, who cares what he thinks. You need to take care of yourself too not just your kids and if you need a break or a little help here and there get it. It's not fair that your job is 24/7 while his is only 40 hrs a week. Just my two cents

No, I understand. Early morning feedings and when my daughter gets really fussy, he'll hand her to me and say she doesn't like him with the latter, it's frustrating. But luckily, mine will do a lot, I'm very sorry, some guys still think it's "woman's work", and think that what you're doing isn't work.
