Tired of it always being my fault and doing everything...I shouldnt be babysitting my SO. He should be taking care of the woman carryin his baby. It was an emotional rollercoaster before I got pregnant and its gotten worse. Hormones dont help either! All I want is for my lil girl to have a father, a family that I wasnt able to have. Guess I should start planning on being a single mother...Any advice on how to go about the legal aspect? Oh and he's an active drug user, drug dealer and scam artist...I shoulda left sooner, I know but love an hormones and being blinded by the lies an ultimately fear of him kept me here...Please pray for me to find strength, courage and find the faith in myself to provide for my baby girl...Prayer for her too. Im about 31 wks and I know Ive come a long way but I still need to break out of this sick relationship without the fear of him taking my baby. Im terrified of what he may try to do ince shes born. God help me!

Just don't put his name on the birth certificate, it's better to say the father is unknown than for him to be able to claim the baby, and have any rights. And if he tries to fight for it, if he has previous charges or anything, see if they can bring in drug testing, if he isn't clean, they'll put that into account, just looking into lawyers and hope you won't need it.
