Had a good day one!
Breakfast: two scrambled eggs, wheat toast w. Honey almond butter with and home made iced coffee.
Snack: avocado tortilla chips
Lunch: brown rice, chicken and red beans.
Dindin: veggie overdose salad
And I got my hour workout in 😊 I’m so tired of starting over! I set a goal for myself this month, and I plan to kickass!!! Let’s goooooooo!!! 💪🏽 #MilfSummer2019
