Im try to get back down 140 where I was last summer! And it honestly isnt about losing weight and being skinny its for me to feel good and have energy again. Im trying to talk twice a day (thats how Ive already walked almost 2 miles this week) but today its raining to bad to do so. I need more tips please! I dont have the money for a gym or to join websites, or try products. I dont eat red meat anymore and Im working on cutting soda out my diet.
