My baby😍 he did so much better today!!

Ladies HELP!! FTM!!! I'm desperate for help!! My baby is having tummy troubles since about a week ago he won't have bm he wont pass gas he is sooo fussy he'll have the crying episodes where we cant calm him down if we touch his belly he cries more I'm so frustrated that i don't know how to help him!!! Help plz!!!!!! I've given him gas drops he won't drink prune juice doctor recommended karo syrup give that to him twice doesn't seem like its done much so far😭😭😭🙏🏽

My baby is almost 2 months and I'm in shock at how much he has grown and changed in this short time!!
