just had 34 wk app with Mw and she's mad at consultant as I'm supposed to have growth scans every 4 weeks due to bmi and she pretty much went it's fine I'll see u at 38 wks so that's funny lol but I have the crib up the moses up I have a changing bag and stuff to go in hospital bag lol I just haven't packed the bag yet lol so slowly getting on.track

has anyone done hypnobirthing? just tried a video on YouTube and fell asleep thankfully set alarm for school pick up. who can recommend a good YouTube video or not expensive hypnobirthing tape? I have the calm birth book I am going to start as well
