My feel are swollen and feel tingly kind of like if they are asleep but not really asleep. It feels weird lol. Has anyone had this happen to them? (I'm not pregnant I just had my period or at least I think it was my period because it was super light)

I know stress can make your period late... But can it also make it come early? Like a week early?
