My 6yr old daughter asked me how do you get pregnant..
I was taken by surprised and had no idea what to say or how to explain.
How or what is the best way to explain?
I always tell mine truths but not all of it lol. I say that some people go to doctors and they put a baby inside you. Girls have vagina aka a hole where the baby comes out but some also have c sections and I explain that as well.
i’m very open and honest about these things. I rather my kids learn from me and get the correct info, child appropriate from me and not some bs from somewhere else. I say something along the lines of “ when you love someone and have picked that person to start you family with” now my son has gotten more detailed explanations of how a baby is made from sex, penis, sperm etc because he has asked and i felt he was ready to hear the info from me. I always finish it off with, I hope you feel safe and comfortable enough to talk to me and ask me questions any time you want to talk about these things.
This is how I am Brody has asked and we got out the health book and we started teaching him based on his questions.

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
