Take a deep breath and ask myself if what I’m mad over is worth it and if my response is appropriate. Like leaving clothes on the floor instead of in the hamper…annoying yes but do I need to lose my shit over it, probably not lol.
Just gotta communicate what’s bothering you especially if there are deep issues/problems going on.

I don’t always think like this in the moment, this is moreso after a few hours or days of losing my shit when I realize I need to relax and let some things go.
