His cradle cap is spreading to his cheeks and forehead And I think it’s itchy because he’s always rubbing on his face. He’s also getting patches of dry skin on his legs and chest. Any recommendations of what to use to make it better.
My baby has the exact same thing going on at the moment. His dr recommend aquaphor and I put it on him multiple times a day all over because he has dry patches all over.
@ethanandkayleensmommy, I hope it helps. I bf but his dr said I have to completely stop dairy and soy or I’ll have to stop bf and they would have to prescribe him a special formula.
My daughter had eczema just like this when she had a dairy allergy. Eventually she lost her hair too. Definitely take him to be evaluated. Ask for referral to dermatologist and allergist if you have to.
There is some stuff called SO luxury, I haven't tried it but I'll be buying it in the next few months to try. It's supposed to be amazing with eczema. It is pricey.
He needs to see his pediatrician. I could telk you what better to do but that is a serious matter for your kid's health. You need to bring him to a doctor hun
I took him the 29th of december and dr said it was from cradle cap but its gotten worse from then. I called his pediatrician right now and waiting for a call back. So you think its something serious? Now I’m worried 😟
@ethanandkayleensmommy i honestly don't know if it's that serious. But you know a child's skin can be super sensitive. I would recommend CeraVe cream. It may or may not help. It's good for sensitive skin.
