@lifewithlynnieandwill88 Yes, they're mandated in public spaces. It is nearly all informal gathering spread, families and friends who have "covid fatigue" and are tired of dealing with it and are getting together indoors without masks on. :( one church gathering/wedding ended up with 300+ people quarantined.
