Today I had to go to the store with my kids because well I’m a single mom with no family support so of course I knew this day would come. I tried to avoid the stores and brining my littles into public but today wasn’t an option. When I was getting the kids into the car another mom was beside me getting her daughter into the car. She was so sweet and made a small gesture that really put a smile on my face. She heard me telling my son to hold on for his snack because we had to get the hand sanitizer. She said “here I have some wet wipes for their hands, I know hand sanitizer can be a little harsh for their skin. Take as many wipes as you like”. That was so kind of her especially since I know there has been a shortage of wet wipes and such in my area. Small things make a difference.
