I'm teaching my little one farm animals, shapes and colours. We are doing some in forms of puzzles which he absolutely enjoys.
We go for walks and point at things and ask him to repeat after me the names of these objects e.g. flower, butterfly, bird etc x

I got him interested in letters with foam ones for the bath, flash cards and just say the letter when you see it somewhere. Done colours and. Umbers in a similar way. He’s much more number orientated and although knows the alphabet isn’t interested in it so spends his days counting everything! Pattern in the rug, items on a plate etc. I put ten items in a box take two away and add two for example so he is learning basic adding skills. I think let them take the lead with a lot of it. If they are interested then it’s great and fun
