Maybe it’s just me but I feel like sometimes strangers out in public are nosey with some of the questions they ask. My sister came with me yesterday to the drs. This older lady was there and while I was in the bathroom she was going down the line of my kids asking if the baby was hers, was my toddler hers, was my son hers, my sister says no all 3 are hers. She asked if they were Puerto Rican, what they were mixed with etc..
and she asked if we were both their moms 😂😂😂 idk why but when people ask me what my kids are or what they’re mixed with, I find it rude. My sister doesn’t think it’s rude but I do. Am I the only one?

I think it's a bit nosey. my dad went a few times with me when lily and Abel were wee babies to the Drs ppl asking or assuming he was the dad I'm like eww wtf no he don't look that young and I don't look that old for real ppl

Damn did she want their social security numbers too...Ugh that questions pisses me off to know end. I'm black and my daughter is black and white. She looks nothing like me. Tbh she looks white. I've just started saying she's human when people ask what she is.

I’m white my husband is Samoan/chinese so my kids look different than typical Caucasian but also don’t look super Asian and I get a lot of people asking if their dad is Asian, or they just comment on their skin tone in an attempt to get me to say why they are so tan... like “oh her skin is such a nice tan color. I wish I could tan that well” or something. I think people are genuinely curious because they do have a unique look and not any obvious race and I don’t think people are judging by it, but rather complimenting them on their unique beauty... I don’t get offended but it’s definitely nosey and could see how it could be rude/offensive. But what you described sounds straight up rude like she was looking for a reason to pass judgment

😭 a couple years ago when I had my youngest my kids were 14,12 and 1 . This lady asked if they had the same father ? Umm ya bitch! What does it matter anyway 😂 I didn’t really say that, I’m too nice but I was thinking it 🤔
