Always try a cool bath & no blanket on after a nurse friend told me “traps in heat” and very light clothing or just a diaper “old trick cold towel on neck &feet helps with fever

I usually just give them ibuprofen till it goes down no reason to waste there time if that will help first

@vanessa81.vr, I’m so sorry! I passed out! 
When my daughter was two, I’d take her in the second she hit 103.0. But twice I had the doctor day “really, there is no need to rush until around 105.0”. But that’s shockingly high. 
I hope he’s feeling better!💚

102+ for more than a day or 103+ for several hours unless there are other urgent symptoms
