Ok, how do I distract Bethany from her very itchy chicken pox?  The first spots are starting to blister, so she really needs to leave them alone!
She's already had an oat bath (she only got out 20 minutes ago) and has eurax cream on the spots.

Thanks ladies.  I managed to get calamine lotion and piriton syrup on Monday.
Since starting to use those, Bethany's been a lot better - she's not complained about itching as much and has slept properly.

Calamine lotion dabbed on with a cotton wall ball, preferably cool lotion from the fridge xx

I used this when mine had chicken pox. Found it cooling & helped during the day. They never scratched. Night time was harder.
