I had a spinal with my section so I couldn't move for like 12 hours after the stuff had worn off. Walking is abit hard after, can be quite painful to move about and stuff so you need to be careful, I think it's usually about 6 weeks till your fully back to normal again x

I had 2 c sections . 1 emergency and 1 elective. I was walking fine after 2 to 3 hours after both. Yes it does hurt and you have to take it easy and rest. But I found the more active I was the quicker I healed.
I'm a single mum so I had no choice but to get up every single feed and change but I truly believe that made me heal quicker.
If I had another baby I would choose to ha c section again and it wouldn't frighten me.
As long as you keep ontop of your painkillers you'll be fine. X

I have had two c sections, both emergencies, forst I had a spinal second I was out under. First time he was born at 18.10 and I was walking by 2am, I couldn’t sit up properly so couldn’t pick him up but there was always someone there to hand him to me. Second time I was up and walking after an hour delivery time but baby was in NICU so didn’t hold her as I was in maternity ward.
I was driving again after a couple of weeks with my second, waited the six weeks with my first, however learned that not all insurance policies state it needs to be that long. Some nights I would get sore if I had done too much but just took paracetamol, I never liked the tramadol made me sleepy. As soon as I could move my legs after spinal I was able to do most things normal

I’ve had 2 csections, one emergency which I really struggled with the recovery but had an elective csection almost 6 weeks ago and felt today normal after about 2 weeks. With both of mine it was the next day before they got me up and walking xx
