I’ve heard things like a good diet and exercise would help with pp depression. Like exercising while pregnant. And maintaining a good diet while pregnant and pp. otherwise like @babybert16, said just being honest about how you’re feeling and keeping your so and your dr informed of how things are going. If u have family around that would help that would be of great help too.
Me too! I think just be upfront and honest about mental health so you get the support you need straight away. Prepare for the worst than anything better is a plus. I want another baby but it is so hard when you know what is coming. Xx
