when does implantation bleeding happen? And do people confuse it with their period? Do I take a test?

Was it light or heavy? I heard it could be both. It doesn’t feel like I’m on my period I usually get really bad cramps and it’s heavy when it first starts but it’s not at all.
@sarahxsly it was light and brown it lasted 2 3 days wait a week and a half to take one just in case because I took one 2 days after the spotting and it was negative
Mine was maybe 4 days before i even missed my period i assumed it was my period coming early since it was only when i whip amd light pink like when u first start ur period lasted 2 days if i remember but then nothing but not everyone experiences implantation
Mine was a day before my period with my second pregnancy. Tested positive on the second day
@sarahxsly if it isnt filling the tampon. I stop wearing tampon after i was trying for my first.
